Can I cancel anytime?

If you are on paid subscriptions, then you sure can.  Cancellations will take effect at the end of your monthly billing period.  However, if you have taken advantage of our Freemium offer then you can cancel within 30 days of your 12 month contract renewing.

Do you recommend iPhones or Android phones?

While we support both, we recommend purchasing a refurbished iPhone that will still allow you to update to the latest iOS software for a few years to come. Currently that would be a iPhone SE Gen 2 or Gen 3 or newer.

How many phones will I need for my team?

For small workshopsthe with a single person recording the videos the iPhone app will allow you to record multiple service video simultaneously.For larger workshops we recommend one phone per 4-5 technicians

What other hardware do you recommend?

A selfie stick gets thumbs and fingers out of the lens view and a cheap directional mic to reduce background noise is nice to have.

Do I need WiFi?

No, but it is advisable otherwise the workshop owned phones will need a SIM card and data topped up. The stronger the wi-fi the faster the upload.
