Service Key Drop Off lets your customers check in online from home, then drop their keys into a secure KeyNest locker at your dealership any time, day or night. They scan the QR code, enter their PIN and pop their key in. When the work is done, they get an SMS from your dealership, pay by secure payment link and collect their keys using their PIN. No queues at the service desk.
When your dealership takes card payments through Nuvei with AutoForce, Reviews, SMS + Text Widget, ServiceCAM and SalesCAM are included at no charge (SalesCAM may be charged in some circumstances, and we'll confirm this upfront). Yes. Messages are sent from a branded alpha sender ID (for example AUTOFORCE or your dealership name) rather than a random mobile number, so customers instantly recognise who the message is from. Check-in links, payment links and review requests all come from the same trusted sender.
